Vegan

So its been awhile. But I'm still alive. :) 

I have a new adventure hopefully to document. My friend C challenged a few friends to eat clean for 2 weeks. Eessentially eating vegan for two weeks.

Today C and I spent a few hours plannig meals and going grocery shopping. It actually didnt cost as much as I thought. Im excited to start this and continue eating healthier. Hopefully I can document some of it along the way.
