Okay, so I got on this kick last summer for cupcakes.... mostly because they are purely amazing and delicious. My friend, Chelle heard me talk about them all summer during school. She introduced me to Temptation Cupcakes, this place with nummy cupcakes. Well this love for cupcakes has not diminished. For my birthday I had a cake made out of cupcakes instead of just cake. And it was cookies 'n cream. Does anything get better than that?! I think not.
Well yesterday was a cupcake kind of day. My lovely visiting teachers came over to give me a message for February. And guess what they brought with them.... you guess right, a cupcake. It was so good. It was a chocolate cupcake with chocolate frosting and a pretty pink chocolate flower on top. So Sunday evening was off to a great start. What makes it better, is that I ended it with cupcakes. After watching a movie last night, the only thing that JJ and I could find on TV was Cupcake Wars. People compete in three rounds, look, taste, and overall presentation. Yesterday's theme was the 50th Anniversary of Hollywood. Now, the only other time I've seen the show, they have been semi-weird cupcake flavors. (They aren't your normal vanilla or chocolate) But it's good because creativity is part of the challenge. So any-who.... yesterday reminded me even more why I love cupcakes. They are just so fun. I mean it's your own little cake personally just for you. And you don't feel guilty for eating the entire one, or even a few more than just one :) So this week, I think that we should all find time to eat some cupcakes :D
