Baby it's cold outside

So pretty much, the weather is Utah, especially Logan cannot make up it's mind.  It snows, the warms up so everything melts, and then it gets super cold so everything turns to ice.    And then rinse and repeat.  Well, this post isn't about the weather not particularly.  I was thinking to myself "Self, what shall we blog about today?" I am pretty sure that I had this amazing topic to blog about, but it seems to have left me. So the answer to myself was this sweatshirts.  

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE SWEATSHIRTS!

They are just so comfy and they keep me nice and warm.  There are just so many good qualities about them.  Well, my favorite kinda are what I recently called my "man sweatshirts." Aka my yearly Aeropastle sweatshirt. So story time....

In December in high school, Sadies Hawkins came around.  Well it was tradition to in our school to wear matching sweatshirts with your date.  So, you usually get a men's sweatshirt.  It's the only way you could really find one for your date.  Aeropastle's sales always came in handy this time of year.  Sweatshirts were half price.  Well, I decided to continue this tradition past high school.  So every December, I buy myself a "man sweatshirt" from Aeropastle.  And I love them!  They actually fit better I think then the girls. Though, I must say, it is sometimes weird when I'm wearing it and I see a guy walk by wearing the same one. But it's definitely a risk I am willing to take. It's actually only happened about three times in the six years that I have been doing this.  So tonight, I got home from an amazing night at IWA and put on my "man sweatshirt," like I do most nights, especially when it's chilly outside.  

So in my delightfulness of sweatshirts... Here's a mini list of why we, my roommate and I, delight in our sweatshirts

1. Super comfy, especially when they are new :)

2. Keep you warm

3. Hoods, so when it rains or snows, your protected

4. Protected from the wind too, keep your ears warm

5. Pockets.... you can keep stuff in them, especially your hands

6. Wearing your boys sweatshirt....

    6a. His sweatshirt smells like him

    6b. It's too big for you, but you still love wearing it anyway

    6c. It's HIS sweatshirt, need I say more :)

7. Super easy outfit when your running late

8. Very versatile, you can dress them up or dress down

9.  Support your school, state, or brag about where you've been or should've gone

10.  You can never really have to many of them.... a major staple in your wardrobe, everyone owns one

So the next time your chilly, go grab that favorite sweatshirt, "man sweatshirt" or not and be delighful
