Okay, so this post is a dedication to the amazing weekend I had. And I must apologize from the beginning. This post is going to be a journal entry, sorry, but enjoy!
Thursday: So the day started off like a usual Thursday, work and then homework. But got much better. My IWA advisor took me to lunch. We went to Jimmy John's, an amazing sandwich shop here in the valley. I went to the Temple that day and did baptisms for the dead. Always a great thing. Makes you feel so much better. And always much needed. It made me happy. Afterwards, JJ and I went to Quiznos for dinner. Realized, that the Quiznos in Logan is much neglected. We actually thought that it was closed down when we got there, but luckily it wasn't. So we enjoyed a nice dinner, and didn't have to cook. Well, since homework had been postponed a lot, motivation was out the window. So JJ, Manda, my roommate, and I watched Harry Potter and the Sorcer's Stone, so funny, everyone is so young. It was quite enjoyable just chilling and relaxing watching TV. So that was Thursday.
Friday: Okay so school, not the most pleasant, except for the fact that Manda let me have some of her leftovers for lunch, Greek Meat Pies, YUMMY! I love having a roommate that cooks and shares :) So after a long day of school. Lo and I went to lab to work on more homework. Oh man, we got so silly. There seriously is a limit on how long you can stay in the lab, especially on Friday. I am pretty sure that we left at the right time. But HW and all, it was fun. That night we all went to a Green Party in celebration of St. Patty's day. I didn't know the girl, but it was fun to celebrate and change up the plans. Saturday: Canoeing all day. 10 Hours of concrete canoe! Okay, so I went to work for two hours. But it was fun, for the most part. We sanded the canoe and stained, and practiced canoeing. Yes, I canoed in a concrete canoe at first dam! Crazy. (PS post to come dedicated to concrete canoe) So after cleaning ourselves up, we got a little dirty and dusty from canoe, we decided to have fun. JJ, Em, Manda, Mikey, and I went to dinner. Wok on Wheels, this Chinese place here in town. It was good and fun to go all out together as friends. Plus, we had leftovers, which mean food for Sunday dinner. Yummy! Afterwards, Lbear, her friend J, Manda, JJ and I went to a Black-Light party. So much fun! There were so many people there. We danced and chatted and just enjoyed being college students. Lots of fun! We danced and we were crazy. But had a lot of fun!

So that was the Happy Days weekend. Spending time with friends. The people that make the world a much better place to live in. So here's to living life to the fullest, and now off to another week at school!
