We had some friends over last night for piano lessons and dinner. I tweaked a previous recipe for spicy corn. Only this time I used the steamer, added some chili powder, homegrown peppers and jalepanos, minced onions, and other spices. Then steamed for 30 minutes and it was good.
Pretend day #28 was the other side we had. We steamed potatoes along with the corn. We dressed them with dill and garlic powder which had parsley in it.
Both dishes turned out great and are definite repeats.


Looks good. A nice southwestern taste.
